Junior Brand Manager - Solna

How you will make an impact

As a Junior Brand Manager in the Arla Brand team you will be responsible for the portfolio under our Growth Territory;  Health From Within (Arla Lacto free & Arla Cultura). Together with your colleagues in the marketing team you will own and develop these brand positions, to deliver on our ambitious growth targets.

• Drive profitability and net revenue growth of the portfolio. As well as you drive NPD & other brand related projects.


• Own, analyze & drive product portfolio including business performance, Market Share development & pipeline


• Owner of budget & P&L


• Lead & drive ATL/BTL communication


• Work on yearly communication plan & content, from insights to execution, ensuring both long- & short-term business growth behind right balanced emotional/tactical communication plan.


• Lead packaging design projects


• Support and lead events and fairs


• Build strong relationships with internal cross-functional teams across Arla Foods – e.g. work close with the sales & customer marketing function to identify the category growth potentials and with e.g. NPD and Supply chain to bring solutions to unlock that potential

What will make you successful

• A strong academic track record with a completed university degree, preferably marketing.

• 3-5 year relevant work experience.


• As a person, you have strong personal leadership skills and a growth mindset – willing to develop and challenge the status quo. Your collaboration skills are strong and you have excellent influencing skills.


• Diligent project management will be crucial to effectively drive the brand positions forward.


• The corporate language is English and Swedish.
