Junior Business Controller

As a Junior Business Controller, you will work closely with Stillfront’s Group Finance department. Your responsibilities will include business reporting, forecasting, budgeting and financial analysis as well as ad hoc finance projects focused on efficiency improvements, product profitability- and ROI.

We are looking for doers who like to learn and get involved in new topics as well as being able to work closely with senior executives and departments across the world. Reporting line is to the Senior Business Controller.

YOUR MISSION

• Collaborate with various studios and finance departments to develop annual budgets and forecasts




• Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning




• Create financial reports to management and board, highlighting financials and key performance indicators




• Ad hoc analyses and projects focused on product profitability, return on investments, scenario analysis and M&A




• Monitor and analyze cost structures, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements

YOUR BACKSTORY

• Work experience of up to one year in management consulting, banking/finance, auditing in a "Big 4" firm or in a similar field




• Academic degree in Finance, Engineering, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field




• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present financial information to non-financial stakeholders




• You are a doer, take initiatives, like challenges and constantly try to develop yourself further




• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide meaningful insights




• Proficient in financial modeling and analysis using advanced Excel skills




• Fluent in English and Swedish
