Description Overview
We are looking for a new Key Account Manager to our team. As a Key Account Manager at Perrigo, you will drive the sales of our brands (ACO Skincare, Compeed, Plackers, Nezeril + others) together with one of our Swedish pharmacy retailers. We work closely with our customers to help them grow in a challenging market, both in physical stores and online, and you will be responsible for our entire business with selected customer/s.
As a Key Account Manager at Perrigo, your goal is to contribute to sustaining and growing our business to achieve long term success. Success in this role is measured by the long-term trusting partnership with your customer and the results generated through that partnership.
Scope of the Role
- Build and nurture best-in-class customer cooperation
- Customer P&L ownership (Net sales, operating income, gross margin)
- Measure, track and analyze key metrics and identify commercial opportunities
- Plan and execute commercial initiatives, e.g. sales activities, new product launches and promotions
- Conduct customer negotiations
- Be the customers advocate internally
Experience Required
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, or similar relevant field
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience with working hands on with sales and/or marketing, either from traditional retail or e-commerce-Established commercial mind-set. Able to identify opportunities, at the customer and in the market, and drive them internally and externally from idea to implementation.
- Strong analytical skills. Able to extract useful insights from raw data and information and translate this into sales driving actions and initiatives.
- Good presentation skills. Able to present information in a clear, simple and convincing manner, explaining even complex concepts in a way the audience can understand.
