In this role, you will drive the product vision and execution within a dynamic finance and banking environment that serves approximately 1,100 institutions across North America. Your key responsibility will be to bridge business strategy and technical execution, translating high-level goals into actionable development plans while ensuring effective collaboration across teams. Accountabilities
- Translate high-level product strategy into clear, actionable requirements and development tasks.
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity and prioritization.
- Define and maintain product roadmaps and release plans.
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and development teams.
- Facilitate key Agile ceremonies and drive alignment across teams.
- Monitor and report on key delivery metrics to ensure transparency.
- Collaborate with QA teams to define testing requirements early.
- Support leadership by managing day-to-day execution and operational tasks.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Technical Product Manager in an enterprise SaaS environment.
- Prior experience in software development or QA/testing.
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with metrics-driven decision-making.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in a multi-product organization is a plus.
- Ability to decompose strategic objectives into technical requirements.
