Develop and Innovate:Take the reins of our AI Marketing Engine’s development, ensuring the technology not only meets but exceeds industry standards.

Translate Vision into Reality:Work cross-functionally, turning visionary ideas into actionable, efficient technical strategies and implementations.

Lay the Foundations:Establish the technical and architectural foundations of our platform, prioritizing scalability, performance, and innovation.

Mentor and Lead:As our team grows, you’ll have the possibility in mentoring new talent, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.

Agile Advocacy: Implement and perfect agile methodologies, fostering a fast-paced, responsive development environment.

Shape the Future:Be involved in strategic decisions, helping to guide the technological direction of Ideles as we scale.

Growth to CTO: Position yourself as a cornerstone of our tech leadership, evolving into the CTO role as you align our technology with our strategic business objectives.
