Learning Experience Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a Learning Designer to join our team in Lund. In this role, you will design, develop, and continuously improve both digital and instructor‑led learning products. You will take end‑to‑end ownership of learning initiatives — from concept and design to development, rollout, maintenance, and continuous improvement. You will work in a complex, multi‑stakeholder environment and use AI and modern technologies to improve user experience and productivity.

This position is based in Lund, Sweden.

We are not considering international career migration or relocation for this role.

What you will do

• Design and develop learning journeys, customer trainings, e‑learnings, and “anytime learning” materials


• Maintain and update learning products, driving continuous improvement where needed.


• Work closely with external suppliers to coordinate outsourced learning design and production.


• Use learning production tools such as Articulate, Xyleme, AEM, VHS, Edcast, Arbortext.


• Lead assigned learning and development initiatives end‑to‑end.


• Improve the user experience of our learning products with a continuous improvement mindset.


• Actively use AI tools to improve productivity, user experience, consistency, and content quality.

We believe you have

• Strong experience in designing, developing, and continuously improving digital and conventional learning products.


• Ability to own learning initiatives end‑to‑end — from concept and design to development, rollout, maintenance, and continuous improvement.


• Instructional design expertise combined with hands‑on production skills and strong coordination abilities in a multi‑stakeholder environment.


• Experience actively using AI and the latest technologies to enhance productivity and learner experience.

• Experience working with external suppliers and driving quality, timelines, and alignment.
