Job Description:

Our site in Baskarp is beautifully located on the edge of Lake Vättern north of Habo. Here we mine silicate sand from our quarry and this is also where our administrative office is located. For our logistics and customer service team, we are now looking for a new colleague for a permanent position that is available immediately.

As part of our team, you will have a central role in ensuring efficient and quality deliveries to our customers. The team is responsible for logistics planning and customer service for both major industrial customers and project-based businesses.

In the role you coordinate the entire flow from order to delivery. You handle incoming customer orders via digital systems and phone, plan deliveries, book transports and follow up that deliveries reach the customer according to the agreed delivery plan. You will be an important link between customers, carriers, production and sales organization to ensure a smooth and cost-effective logistics flow.

The work also includes customer support via phone and digital channels, handling of deviations and administrative tasks related to transport, invoicing and export, such as customs and freight documentation.

About you:

• You have several years of experience in logistics, transport planning, supply chain or customer service. 

• You have post-secondary education in logistics, transport, supply chain management or have acquired equivalent skills through relevant work experience. 

• you have experience of working in business and logistics systems, such as SAP or equivalent. And have good digital skills and work unhindered in various IT systems. 

• you thrive in a dynamic environment where you handle several cases in parallel and see problem solving as a natural part of the work. 

• you are structured, meticulous and has the ability to prioritize even during periods of high work pace 

• you see continuous improvement as a natural part of the work and actively contributes to the development of processes, working methods and customer experience. 

• you are fluent in Swedish and English, both speaking and in writing.
