Logistics Specialist

​WHAT YOU’LL DO​ 

We’re now looking for a Logistics Specialist – Shopfitting to join our team. If you’re passionate about optimizing processes, collaborating across functions, and driving smart logistics solutions, this could be your next step. 

As a Logistics Specialist, you’ll play a key role in developing and implementing logistics strategies that support our business goals—always with a focus on total cost of ownership and operational excellence. 

You will: 

• Design and optimize logistics processes across transportation, warehousing, and distribution. 
• Analyse logistics data and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, production, and IT to integrate logistics solutions. 
• Manage and develop relationships with logistics service providers. 
• Use logistics management tools to track and manage activities and data. 
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure supply chain continuity. 
• Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices. 

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH​ 

You’ll be part of the Commercial Development & Growth department and report directly to the Shopfitting Supply Chain Manager. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure our logistics solutions are efficient, scalable, and aligned with our business goals. 

WHO YOU ARE​ 

You’re a strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working across teams to find smart, sustainable solutions. 

We believe you bring: 

• A Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s is a plus). 
• 5+ years of experience in logistics development or a similar role. 
• Strong knowledge of logistics processes, transportation management, and supply chain principles. 
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. 
• Proficiency in logistics management software and tools.
