Maintenance Technician - Gothenburg - Electrical / Mechanical

We're working for a prestigious client based in Gothenburg that is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to focus on stable operational reliability and good availability in production and equipment.

Needs:
Documented electrical & mechanical skills
Experience of working with welding automation
Experience of working with handling robots
Experience of working with hydraulics and pneumatics
Experience with maintenance systems (Limble)

The focus on stable operational reliability and good availability in production and its equipment.

Carry out ongoing maintenance work:

•Preventive maintenance according to plan

•Inspections and function checks

•Calibrations

•Supportive maintenance

•Troubleshooting

•Repair and refurbish components

•Prepare maintenance work

•Search and register all work in a future maintenance system

•Focus on improvement measures through systematic analysis work.

•Take corrective action to minimize disruption.

•Participation in projects may occur.

Represent the maintenance department at various meetings. Contribute to new acquisitions and modification of equipment.

Responsibility and authority

Actively participate in creating, participating in and maintaining contacts with customers and suppliers within the area of responsibility.

Actively collaborate to spread competence within the department.

Positively participate in supervision and training.

Follow current procedures and rules at Emerson.

Training

Technical education at upper secondary level or equivalent knowledge with a focus on automation, mechanics or electricity.
