As a management consultant at PIR, you will;

Play an active role in problem solving and leading project streams at our clients. You will support our clients in the identification of issues through analysis and leveraging experience, form hypotheses for solutions and synthesize conclusions into recommendations.

Collaborate with colleagues from a wide range of niche consultancies within Newground Alliance to deliver value at our clients and develop PIR.

Work with organisations across the Nordics to develop procurement strategies that supports our client’s business objectives and give them a competitive edge.

Gain new skills and build on the strengths you bring with you. You will receive training, frequent coaching, and mentoring from colleagues and senior leaders, as well as get access to a broad network of highly skilled colleagues within Newground Alliance.

What we are looking for

• A minimum of five years’ experience both in management consulting and industry.

• As a management consultant you should have worked at a well-recognised firm and possess an excellent consulting toolkit.

• Your industry experience will be within a large, complex organisation, where you will have a broad experience in negotiations, supplier agreements and strategic sourcing

• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills

• Master’s degree

• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English and Swedish
