What We’re Looking For

• 4–8 years’ experience in management consulting within the financial services sector (banking and/or insurance)


• Proven track record of driving and delivering strategy and transformation initiatives in financial services


• Experience leading client engagements—as either project lead or stream lead


• Full professional fluency in Swedish and English


• Relevant university degree, preferably in business or engineering
