The Role:


 


As the Sales Manager for Discovery Solutions in the Commercial EMEA region, you will lead and direct the sales team to meet or exceed targets. You will shape and implement sales strategies, manage key customer relationships, and drive sustainable business growth. You will also provide leadership, coaching, and support to ensure high performance and outstanding customer satisfaction. Your work will advance our vision of partnering with customers to accelerate science.


 


What you’ll do



  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual targets

  • Develop and execute go-to-market and account strategies for the Discovery Solutions portfolio

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including pipeline management and forecasting

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders

  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction

  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and HR procedures as required


 


Who you are


 



  • Master’s degree in science, business, or a related field

  • 5+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding targets

  • Prior leadership or managerial experience

  • Strong knowledge of sales methodologies, CRM, market analysis, and corporate policies (HR included)

  • Self-starter with strategic thinking and hands-on execution

  • Home-based or within a commutable distance to the assigned area; willingness and ability to travel as needed

  • Fluent in Swedish and English; Danish is a plus
