We are currently seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to join our Marketing Automation Team. This role is part of our mission to personalize customer interactions and become a truly data-driven organization. This position is a 1-year temporary vacancy covering parental leave.

Is this your next opportunity?

As a marketing automation specialist, you will help us realize new campaigns and marketing activities in our outbound and inbound channels as well as track and optimize already existing communication journeys. You will use customer data and insights to target the right customers in the right way and work towards a unified customer experience in multiple channels. It is important that you find business and marketing as interesting as technology and data, since both areas will be needed to be successful in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate our marketing automation system and CDP, executing digital 1:1 communication activities.
• Design, build, and optimize marketing automation journeys across all digital channels.
• Define audiences and create target group selections.
• Work in a cross-functional tribe setup with experts in marketing, e-commerce, content and analytics.

Is this you?

A marketing automation specialist with a broad skill set in channels and platforms. You’re responsible, analytical, and goal-oriented in your problem-solving approach. You can translate ideas into actionable steps and concrete use cases. You execute complex initiatives and proactively address issues innovatively and systematically. In your previous roles, you’ve successfully built automated customer journeys, improved performance, and delivered clear business value through marketing automation.

Your Experience:

• At least one year of experience in Marketing Automation, preferably with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certifications is a plus.
• Experience with CDPs and experience in data modeling and SQL is a plus.
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS/JS for creating web and mobile landing pages and managing responsive email templates is a plus.
