Marketing Manager

The position

Are you a strategic marketer with a passion for turning ideas into impactful action? We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to help shape and execute our marketing agenda.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the Chief Marketing and Communication Officer (CMCO) to develop marketing strategies and lead the execution of our marketing activity plan. You’ll collaborate across the business – especially with our Product and Commercial teams – to ensure our marketing efforts are aligned with business goals and market needs.

You’ll be part of the global Brand, Marketing & Communication team, reporting directly to the CMCO.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the CMCO in leading and developing the overall marketing strategy, based on business goals and market insights.

• Translate strategic direction into a comprehensive marketing activity plan aligned with product roadmaps and market opportunities – and lead its execution across campaigns, channels, and markets.

• Collaborate with Product and Commercial teams to align marketing with product launches and business priorities.







• Plan and manage events that enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.







• Contribute to strategic messaging and positioning across digital, content, and communication initiatives.







• Track, evaluate, and report on marketing performance to ensure continuous learning and optimization.

About you

To be able to feel comfortable in this position, you should be open and outgoing, finding it easy to connect with people and build relationships. You should be fearless, unafraid to take initiative and drive projects forward independently. You have strong collaboration skills, and will be welcomed into a team that enjoys working together, where we have fun, laugh a lot, and support each other.

Requirements 

• You have solid experience in B2B marketing, ideally within IT, software, or eHealth.







• You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to execution.







• You’re confident collaborating with senior stakeholders and supporting strategic processes.







• You’re highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented.







• You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both written and spoken. Other languages are a plus.

Place of employment: Linköping or Stockholm

At Cambio we value a healthy work-life balance, and to encourage that we apply a hybrid working-model. Together with your team you decide which days you work at the office. On the remaining days you can work remotely from home, but you are always more than welcome to work at the office too.

Scope: Full time

Form of employment: Permanent employment, 6 months trial period
