Our team sets a high standard in the planning and execution of scientific events, build engaging marketing campaigns and support sales with effective lead generation that fuels our future pipeline. The role is office-based in Lund; and includes (but is not limited to) the following key responsibilities in Sales and Marketing:

• Conceptualize, plan, promote and execute local seminars and events, including speaker engagement, invitation and RSVP management.
• Identify, plan and execute effective lead generation opportunities in close collaboration with the local sales team. 
• invent, plan and execute customer-centric local marketing plans and marketing campaigns to support local business objectives based on market insights, customer needs and product knowledge
• Actively collaborate with colleagues and peers to ensure excellence in local marketing and seamless collaboration with sales
• Ad hoc sales and customer support (e.g. coordinate and facilitate logistics related to our demo instruments, congresses and events)

• You have experience in sales, communications or marketing, and/or a background in life sciences
• Experience with Inside Sales is a strong advantage
• You bring a high level of integrity and a customer-centric mindset
• You are a self-motivated, confident, enthusiastic and results-oriented individual. 
• You enjoy prioritizing and managing projects independently. You take pride in doing a good job, are curious, excel at problem solving and enjoy teamwork
