The Media Operations Lead is responsible for excellence in the delivery of our Media Solutions. They draw on their significant experience managing and optimising digital channels to lead strategic media collaborations with clients, drive forward our innovation in delivering channel performance, and lead and inspire a team of media experts specialising in app marketing. Developing skills and creating a happy, motivated team of specialists allows the Media Operations Lead to pair the right people with the right projects to create impact.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Manage a large team of specialists to build a strong culture, develop knowledge and skills, and create a positive and high performing working environment.

Actively develop the skills and competencies of people within the team. Stay on top of the latest industry, media, and channel trends and be a champion for innovation and development of our media offering within Precis, with a particular focus on app marketing.

Actively direct the work of the team to achieve the best impact for our clients using project management platforms and processes.

Coordinate across stakeholders and capability areas to secure strong delivery.

Set the bar on quality of delivery for the team and ensure an excellent Precis Experience for clients.

Take an active role in client projects to deliver excellence in media execution.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

An ability to lead and inspire a team to create an environment of excellence within media.

Excellent knowledge of media channels like search, social, display, with deep understanding of the synergies and possibilities across marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, Tiktok DV360 and Apple search ads.

Proven experience in optimisation and management of app acquisition campaigns in at least one of the aforementioned platforms.

Experience working with MMPs such as Adjust, Appsflyer or Singular and app analytics tools such as Firebase, GA4, Amplitude and Mixpanel.

An ability to translate industry developments and trends into innovative media solutions.

An ability to give constructive feedback and set the bar for the standards of our media offering.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
