Microsoft 365 Solution Architect 6 Months Contract

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Microsoft 365 Solution Architect to join our Digital Workplace Platforms team. In this role you can really influence the digital strategy of one of the world’s most recognized retail brands. We are now in an exciting place where we are currently starting to empower our frontline store workers with the capabilities of M365, shifting client's Intranet to the M365 platform and getting ready for Copilot and agentic AI.

Key Responsibilities:

• From strategy to execution, you design and implement intelligent workplace solutions using the Microsoft 365 ecosystem that empower teams, protect data, and drive innovation.
• Define scalable, secure, and compliant architectures.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions and present architectural decisions and roadmaps to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support user adoption strategies and training initiatives.
• Continuously optimize solutions for performance, cost, and user experience.
• Provide expert guidance on M365 services including SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, Power Platform, and Security & Compliance.
• Stay ahead of the curve with Microsoft’s roadmap and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 Solution Architect in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Deep knowledge of M365 ecosystem, including Power Platform, Azure AD, and Microsoft Security & Compliance Center.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in retail or consumer-facing industries is a plus.
