Nordic Device Retail Specialist (consultant position)

Please note this is a full time consultant position, the contract would be signed with our Staffing Business Supplier. 

The Role:

Reporting to Retail Director and Nordic office director, as the Nordic Retail Specialist, the role responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• coordinating retail marketing plans and activities among sales manager , clients and agencies, ensure execution
• developing retail marketing plans surrounding product launches and specific topics
• developing BTL materials to convert activity into sales opportunities, ensuring that all retail marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines
• develop product display solution and realize display in store
• providing research and analysis of retail trends on the market and competition activities

• Overseeing the company’s retail budget
• Develop professional retail agencies and keep good cooperation to ensure retail execution in stores
• Visit stores if necessary, and be a quick problem solver in stores

The Candidate:

Ideally of graduate standard, from within a marketing based discipline, candidates will also preferably have:

• at least 2 years minimum experience working within an international business
• have excellent knowledge of Nordic GSM market including Huawei’s competitors marketing activities
• a thorough understanding of sales and marketing strategies
• strong planning and project management skills
• excellent communication skills whilst being flexible, creative and thriving in a challenging environment
• excellent attention to detail and a creative approach
• positive “can –do” attitude and be used to multi-tasking, prioritizing their workload and working under pressure to meet deadlines
• Except local language, also speaking English language in communicative level
• Quick learner, quick and accurate execution
• Excellent excel and documentation ability is basic requirement
