The Role
As Nordic Key Account Manager, you will own the full Electrolux business with one of our key customers across all Nordic markets. You will lead the customer relationship, act as the primary contact, and ensure strong collaboration and satisfaction. You will develop and execute the annual Account Plan, aligning strategies and targets with overall business objectives. This includes driving new product introductions, promotions, and innovative concepts that fit customer needs and market trends. You will also implement strategic Battle Ground plans and ensure timely, high‑quality execution.
A key responsibility is managing the account’s P&L—optimizing financial performance and ensuring all customer-related metrics and targets are met. You will lead annual negotiations and RFQs, working cross‑functionally to secure successful outcomes. You will maintain up‑to‑date agreements, manage the customer’s assortment, and support the budgeting process to deliver on commitments. Working closely with our Trade Marketing Organization, you will drive sell‑out performance and ensure store staff are trained and equipped to promote our products.
You will oversee a strong annual activation plan including promotions and joint marketing activities. Acting as the link between the customer and internal teams, you will handle issues swiftly and ensure smooth operations. You will also represent Electrolux at customer fairs and training events and provide regular updates on sales performance, customer development, and competitive activity.
