Nordic Technology Operating Model Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced manager for our Technology Operations Management (TOM) process in the Nordics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, managing, and driving our Technology Operating Model, and ensuring compliance with our standards when implementing new technologies as well as maintaining existing ones.

You will be placed in Stockholm and be part of Internal IT, but will also collaborate closely with other business units across Deloitte in the Nordics. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with leadership support both locally and regionally, ensuring a balanced approach to technical and talent management. Your technical leader will be based in Copenhagen, while your talent leader will be located locally in Stockholm.

Long term we see the role evolving to include more compliance areas as this area continues to grow in size and complexity.

Key Responsibilities in the role;

Operations Management:

• Manage and maintain IT solutions repository of compliant solutions.
• Drive and maintain a backlog and pipeline of TOM assessments requested.

Governance and Compliance:

• Identify and mitigate risks associated with TOM.
• Enforce policies and procedures for technology management.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.

Performance Improvement:

• Continuously improve technology processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor and report on process performance.
• Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive improvements.

We looking for you who have;

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience in technology operations management, preferably in a global context.
• Proven experience with risk management, governance, and compliance in technology operations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Competency mix of both business and technology skills and the ability to broker between technical people and business people.
• Ability to develop and execute plans and roadmaps.
• Strong communicator.

Desired Skills:

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience in stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with solution architecture, hosting/cloud, cyber security, and compliance.
• Understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices.
