We're looking for a sharp, proactive operator who thrives on making things run seamlessly behind the scenes. This is a high-impact role at the center of our business, you'll be the person leaders rely on, the one new hires remember, and the reason our office actually works.

A quick note before you apply: This role is a 30-day interim contract. If it's a great fit on both sides, we're open to continued hourly collaboration beyond that — so there's real potential for the relationship to grow.
What you'll do:
Executive Support
Own the calendars, travel, and logistics for senior leadership, proactively, not reactively
Be the first impression for guests and visiting colleagues, setting the tone for how we show up
Prepare polished documents, presentations, and reports when it counts
Handle sensitive information with discretion and good judgment
Office Management
Run day-to-day office operations; supplies, equipment, vendor relationship, so nothing slips
Be the go-to contact for facilities and maintenance, owning issues through to resolution
Ensure health and safety standards are upheld
Support a smooth onboarding experience for new joiners and liaise with HR and Payroll
Keep systems, records, and processes tight and accessible
What we're looking for
Proven background as an EA, Office Manager, or similar, you've done this before and done it well
Calm under pressure, diplomatic in tricky situations, warm with people
A "figure it out" mindset, you assess quickly, adapt fast, and don't wait to be told
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities without dropping the ball
Strong written and verbal communication — clear, professional, and human
Comfortable working independently with minimal direction
A note on working style
This is an office-based role, 8am–5pm. Because we operate across multiple time zones and jurisdictions, you'll need a genuine willingness to flex when the business demands it — and we'll do the same for you.
