Are you an experienced professional with a keen interest in online and digital sales? Do you have experience working with various digital platforms to achieve optimal results? I am Emmy-Lou Ferreira Dos Santos, and I am leading the Demand & Growth team at Telia B2B. Right now, we are looking for an Online Sales Manager to take our online sales performance to the next level.
Our mission is to create a personalized online experience for our B2B customers in order to enable a best-in-class digital experience for our customers in their interactions with us, where a user-friendly experience is key.
Is this your next opportunity?
As Online Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving sales on our online platforms, working together with our impact teams consisting of Content Managers, Analysts, Martech Specialists and Conversion Rate Specialists to make it happen.
You will secure relevant updates of content and materials, propose campaigns to boost sales, and ensure the right products are available with new launches as scheduled. Collaborating with the CRO, you will analyze conversion rates and suggest improvements to enhance the customer journey. You also need to drive epics and build business cases on how technical improvements can contribute to increased sales.
Tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales performance is crucial, along with sharing insights and identifying areas for online development to further improve sales.

Is this you?
You have several years of experience in Digital Sales/E-commerce and are comfortable working within a complex organization with diverse stakeholders. You possess strong analytical skills, are commercially focused, and prefer a data-driven approach to problem-solving. Additionally, you are an excellent communicator, capable of simplifying complex information for both peers and management. You are proficient in both Swedish and English.
