You will be working in one of Sweden's finest offices, located in the attractive area in central Malmö, within walking distance to public transportation. There may be opportunities for hybrid work. The temp position period runs from August to the end of 2026.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

In this role you’ll be supporting customers and stakeholders across different markets. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our customers receive their products seamlessly. In this role, you'll play a valuable role in managing customer orders and working closely with key stakeholders to make sure everything runs smoothly. Here’s what you can expect in the day-to-day:

• Be responsible for order management, ensuring that our customers receive their orders on time, in the right amount to the right place and with an all-time high service.

• Keeping in daily contact with customers regarding the status of their orders to ensure smooth communication.

• Having close collaboration with internal stakeholders in the Supply Chain such as Planning, Logistics, Quality and Sales, but also finance.

• Keeping track of stock balances and having daily contact with 3PL.

• Handling customer complaints and processing claims and credit notes.

This is a temporary position – and it's a great chance to learn and grow. Oatly is still expanding, so being adaptable and comfortable with change in a high-paced environment will help you gain valuable experience in this role.

DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?

You’ve read about the role, and now your imagination is flying at full speed. Here are the qualities we’re looking for… do you recognize them in yourself?

• You have a keen interest in Supply Chain Operations, Customer Service, or Order Administration.

• You’re comfortable with technology and have some familiarity with ERP systems – preferably Dynamics D365.

• You know your way around MS Office and have solid Excel skills.

Most importantly, we place the greatest value on personal characteristics such as being organized, adaptable, and a great team player. You must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. It's a plus if you know another European language besides English, but it's not a requirement.
