As an Organizational Developer, you’ll be at the heart of this transformation. You’ll partner with tech leaders across the globe to design the structures, capabilities, and ways of working that empower high-performing teams and future-ready leadership.

• Coach and consult leaders to unlock organizational effectiveness 
• Design and implement structures that support agility and innovation 
• Use data to drive insights, decisions, and action 
• Define job architecture and role clarity that scales 
• Lead strategic workforce planning to meet tomorrow’s needs 
• Build tools, frameworks, and governance that enable growth 
• Foster collaboration across tech and business 
• Champion a culture of inclusion, safety, and high performance 

WHO YOU ARE​ 

You’re a strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working across teams to find smart, sustainable solutions. 

We believe you bring: 

• A degree in Organizational Development, Business, HR, Psychology—or similar 
• 3–5+ years of experience in Organizational Development, Strategy, HR and/or Managment Consulting (bonus if it’s in tech) 
• Strong project management and stakeholder skills 
• A sharp analytical mind and a bias for action 
• A passion for solving problems and challenging the status quo 
• Fluent English, written and spoken
