The Growth team at Minut is a key driver of our success. This team directly impacts the company's top line by improving user acquisition, activation, and monetization. Your work will contribute to our rapid growth and shape how we deliver value to customers worldwide.
We pride ourselves on quickly finding solutions to challenging growth problems, and with this role, we hope to improve that even further. We process hundreds of thousands of dollars in payments from customers worldwide every month and are responsible for creating and maintaining a smooth onboarding journey for all new customers.
As a full-stack engineer, you will be part of an autonomous and distributed team of engineers and designers responsible for everything from design, implementation, testing, and deployment.As part of the Growth team, you will

• Build new features to enhance user experience and increase activation.
• Optimize the customer journey for seamless onboarding.
• Develop and maintain Minut’s e-commerce, payment, and subscription management systems.
• Work closely with other engineers in the team and department to improve architecture, code quality, testing, CI/CD pipelines, and other related areas.
• Hopefully get many good laughs ????

• You want to be part of a team where the whole technology stack, from hardware to apps, is developed in-house, and you interact with everyone involved.

• You are interested in or have experience with user acquisition models and growth loops.
• You ideally have some experience integrating payments, e-commerce, or subscription management tools.
• You are enthusiastic about finding creative solutions to technical challenges and growth opportunities.
• You have some experience working with the tools in our technology stack (Node.js, TypeScript, MongoDB, SQL, Python, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are a requirement, but Swedish is not. The Growth team is distributed and places extra emphasis on communication and collaboration skills.

Minut's product and engineering department consists of 30+ engineers and designers. We come from various backgrounds, including Google, Axis, Jayway, and high-profile startups. Our expertise ranges from hardware design to deep neural networks to lively app animations.
