White Label Agency (WLA) provides white label WordPress development services to digital agencies, mainly located in the US. Our team has produced 5,000+ WordPress builds to date and has grown from a team of 1 developer in 2013 to our current size of 150+ WordPress Professionals.
We seek a dynamic and results-driven Outbound Sales Specialist to join our sales team. As an Outbound Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential customers in the US, nurturing them, setting up meetings, presenting our services and closing the deals. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in outbound sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills and be result-driven to achieve sales targets.
WLA’s business language is English, and we do not require any Swedish language skills. This is a full-time, on-site role. Our office is located in Lidköping, Sweden.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify potential customers through research and effective questioning techniques.
Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective customers to generate leads and drive sales.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients, tracking all interactions and progress in CRM software.
Present product information and benefits to prospects, addressing objections and highlighting unique selling points.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing departments to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, consistently achieving monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects, establishing trust and credibility in sales.
Attend international events and industry conferences on behalf of the company to get leads.
Provide continuous support and be in charge of the WLA preferred partnership program and referral program.
Provide accurate and timely sales reports to management, informing them of progress and potential opportunities.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to effectively position our products and differentiate our offerings.
Qualifications
At least 5 years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record in outbound sales
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional self-management and organizational skills
Ability to travel for client meetings and conferences
Experience working in the US market is a plus
Experience in consultancy, sales, or SaaS is a plus
Compensation
Our compensation model includes a fixed base salary and performance-based commission.
