What's exciting about the role


We are hiring a Partner Account Manager to play a pivotal role in driving growth by building strong relationships with resellers and helping them succeed. This isn’t just a sales job - it’s an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our clients’ businesses while representing a company that values your input and expertise. You’ll be at the heart of connecting customers with solutions that genuinely meet their needs, turning challenges into opportunities and fostering long-term partnerships. 


Key responsibilities  



  • Build and maintain strong relationships with resellers, addressing their needs and creating tailored solutions 

  • Proactively manage a portfolio of existing and potential resellers, planning daily outreach to grow sales opportunities 

  • Deliver compelling sales presentations, adjusting your approach to suit various sales outlets and audiences 

  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and improve sales strategies 

  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, reseller feedback, and territory performance to keep management informed 

  • Resolve reseller issues by investigating problems, proposing solutions, and collaborating with internal teams 

  • Partner with marketing to enhance customer-facing communications and product information based on client insights 


Skills and Experience we desire



  • Fluency in Swedish & English (written and spoken)  

  • Proven experience in sales or account management, with a focus on customer relationships and achieving targets 

  • Strong organizational skills, allowing you to plan and execute a daily work schedule effectively 

  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt your sales approach accordingly 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with resellers and internal teams alike 

  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and relevant technology 

  • A valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle for business trips
