Parts & Accessories Order Administrator

As a key member of our team, you will contribute to our ongoing efforts to develop OXE Marine as a leading industrial company. This role will support our commitment to enhancing our capabilities, performance, and efficiency.

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented order administrator to support our Parts and Accessories department. Key responsibilities include:

• Process customer orders for parts and accessories with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.


• Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and any potential issues.


• Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely delivery of parts and accessories.


• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and order history.


• Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to orders, ensuring customer satisfaction.


• Handle customer inquiries related to parts and accessories, providing knowledgeable and helpful information.


• Monitor back orders

What we’re looking for:

• Graduate in logistics, supply chain, business administration or prior experience in logistics, supply chain, aftermarket support, administrator or related roles


• Good understanding of basic finance (cost control, invoicing, reporting)


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail


• Excellent communication skills in English (Swedish is a plus)


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics is a big plus


• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment

• Valid work permit in Sweden is required for this position

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in parts & accessories sales or order administration is highly preferred.


• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.


• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)


• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.


• A positive and proactive approach to problem-solving.


• Team player with the ability to work independently when required.
