Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruitment, a keen understanding of the tech industry, and a proven track record of successfully placing candidates in technology roles. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a critical role in shaping our team and ensuring we have the right people to drive our company's success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels to source and attract top talent, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide timely updates on the status of open positions.
• Job Posting and Advertising: Write and post job advertisements on relevant job boards and social media platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
• Candidate Engagement: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing feedback and updates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices to provide valuable insights and recommendations to hiring managers.
• Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Offer Management: Assist in the preparation and delivery of job offers, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role, preferably within the tech industry.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, candidate sourcing techniques, and interview methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
