Pattern Maker Assistant - Temporary cover

We are looking for a Pattern Maker Assistant with a strong understanding of fit and sizing for technical garments. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our pattern makers throughout the product development process - ensuring exceptional fit, silhouette, and construction, always with the consumer in focus.

You will be working in a dynamic and global organization where teamwork and passion are key factors for our success. The position is based at Peak Performance HQ in Stockholm, where you will be part of our Pattern team and report to the Pattern Manager. 

This is a temporary one-year position, starting in August 2025, created to support the optimization and streamlining of our development process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the pattern makers in the creation and development of patterns using 2D tools and 3D 
  
  


• Plan and coordinate fitting sessions, including measuring samples, making adjustments, and providing fit comments
  
  


• Assist in ensuring accurate grading across all sizes for optimal fit
  
  


• Help maintain consistency in sizing across the product assortment
  
  


• Collaborate closely with our production office in Hong Kong and global suppliers
  
  


• Work within our PLM system to ensure products are production-ready
  


• Supports the product team in their family work

Job Requirements:

• Proven knowledge in pattern making with an understanding of garment construction
  
  


• Experience with Gerber, CLO, or similar CAD and 3D software tools
  
  


• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to digital product development
  
  


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
  


• Fluent in English
