Pattern Maker - Parental Cover

We are looking for a Pattern Maker with great knowledge in fit and size for technical products.

This role is key to ensuring that our products maintain exceptional fit, silhouette, and construction, always with a consumer-first mindset.

You will be working in a dynamic and global organization, where teamwork and passion are key factors for our success. The position is based at Peak Performance HQ in Stockholm, where you will be part of our Pattern team and report to the Pattern Manager. The temporary position aims to replace an employee on parental leave for approximately one year, starting in August.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating and developing patterns using 2D tool and 3D



• Using CLO or similar 3D software to visualize



• Leading fitting sessions—measure samples, make adjustements and commenting ,merging digital and physical prototypes for the best results



• Ensuring grading accuracy across all sizes for optimal fit



• Maintain and ensuring consistency in sizing across our assortment when developing products



• Collaborating closely with our production office in Hong Kong and global suppliers



• Using 3D prototyping, helping speed up development and reduce waste



• Working in our PLM system, to secure products for production

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as a skilled Pattern Maker with a strong understanding garment construction



• Proficiency in Gerber, CLO, or similar CAD and 3D software tools



• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to digital transformation in product development



• High attention to detail, resourcefulness, and a passion for fit, function, and innovation



• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
