About the Role 

As a Paving Crew Member, this is an entry-level position. You'll work closely with the paving team to ensure high-quality results and adherence to safety standards. This position will meet the paving crew daily at the office to begin work; as such, you will be expected to have your own transportation to and from the shop.

What You Will Do: 

• Raking, sweeping, and cleaning of asphalt areas.
• Organize tools and equipment.
• Operate plate compactors, concrete saws, jackhammers, blowers, and other smaller equipment/tools.

What You Will Need:

• Experience is preferred but not required.
• A valid Driver's License is required.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of the construction business.
• Punctuality and dependability are a must.
• Good organizational skills, including keeping vehicles, tools, and equipment in good working condition and clean.
• High School/GED or Equivalent is a plus. 
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Physical Requirements:  

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in workmanship.
• Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials and work in demanding conditions.

Compensation for this position is $22.00 - $28.00 hourly, Depending on Experience.
