Pega System Developer

You’ll be working closely with our development team, participating in the full development lifecycle from backlog grooming to implementation. In addition to hands-on Pega work, you’ll also contribute to API management and development, particularly REST services. Your work will directly enhance our system’s reliability, scalability, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve applications on the Pega platform
• Manage and build REST APIs and integrate with external systems
• Collaborate on backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and delivery
• Support production environments, troubleshoot, and resolve issues
• Lead sub-areas or small groups when needed

• Senior-level experience in Pega development

• Proven experience with API integrations (especially REST) and databases

• Capable of taking ownership of sub-domains and leading small development teams

• Comfortable working independently and making architectural suggestions

• Familiarity with GitLab, Azure DevOps, and related CI/CD workflows
