People Support

Location: This is a hybrid role, offering a combination of being able to work remotely and from our Kista office.

Contract Type:  part-time (25 hours per week).

The Opportunity:

As a People Specialist, you will support the HR function across Scandinavia, with a focus on Sweden and Norway. You’ll be involved across the full employee lifecycle – from onboarding and employee relations to payroll coordination – while partnering closely with managers as their go-to contact for all people-related matters.

In this role, you’ll be hands-on and close to the business, working in a fast-moving environment where no two days are the same. You’ll collaborate with external partners, contribute to improving how things are done, and help ensure a smooth and consistent employee experience across the region.

What You Will Be Doing 

• Partner closely with Talent Acquisition to support hiring activities.


• Act as the main point of contact throughout onboarding and offboarding (contracts, benefits, documentation).


• Respond to employee queries and provide day-to-day HR support.


• Advise managers on employee relations topics and performance matters.


• Support the development and implementation of HR policies in line with local labour laws.


• Keep up to date with HR best practices and regulatory requirements.


• Contribute to performance and salary review cycles.


• Support managers in handling performance challenges and improvement plans.


• Assist with compensation and benefits administration, including market benchmarking.


• Maintain accurate HR data and ensure compliance with internal and legal standards.


• Ensure adherence to local collective agreements.


• Coordinate and manage payroll processes for Sweden and Norway.

What You’ll Bring 

• Fluency in Swedish and business-level English


• A relevant degree (e.g. Psychology, Labour Law, Finance, HR) or equivalent experience


• Hands-on experience in an HR or similar role within the local market


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels


• A structured and detail-oriented way of working, with good prioritisation skills in a fast-paced environment


• Confidence working with HR systems, tools, and people data


• Solid understanding of employment law and practical HR application


• Interest or experience in using and improving people data to support decision-making


• Experience working in a matrix organisation is an advantage
