My client is an AI tech startup in Gothenburg, founded by entrepreneurs with successful exits. They're building their next venture and are committed to growing and developing their team members alongside the business.

The Role

They're looking for a Platform Engineer with strong Python skills to build and scale their infrastructure. You'll design and maintain the systems that power their AI platform, working closely with the engineering team and receiving mentorship from experienced leaders and the founders themselves.

What You'll Do

• Design, build and maintain scalable platform infrastructure
• Develop Python-based tooling and automation
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment systems
• Monitor system performance and optimize for reliability
• Collaborate on architecture decisions with the engineering team
• Support development teams with platform tools and services

What They're Looking For

Essential:

• Strong Python programming skills
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Understanding of CI/CD practices and tools
• Infrastructure as code experience (Terraform, Ansible, or similar)
