The role:

As a Pre Collection Agent, we work with customer experience and act proactively to find solutions together with the customer. Therefore, it's essential that you can build trust and understand the customer's needs.

You must have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive conversations and data, and create individual solutions to succeed.

The phone will largely be your primary tool, so it's important that you are comfortable in communicating with customers.

Your responsibilities will include

• Problem-solving on a daily basis to support our customers in finding solutions.

• Assist our customers with various payment solutions.

• Actively participate in developing processes and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our internal pre-collection function.

To be a great fit we are seeking someone with

• Fluency in Swedish and English. It is beneficial if you are proficient in additional languages, such as Finnish, Danish, or Arabic.

• Customer service or collection experience.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask effectively.

• Problem-solving skills with attention to details.

• Tech savvy: You need to be comfortable in working with various software and systems to support our customers.
