Cimatron software suite provides toolmakers with an integrated CAD/CAM solution for design ing and manufactur ing tools including molds, dies, and electrodes as well as programming CNC /EDM machines and discrete manufacturing . Your m ission
As President, you take on the mission to further build on the foundation for the company being overall responsible for the company direction, strategy, and financial performance of Cimatron – ensuring continued success in relation to changing industry needs. You manage the P&L by tak ing full responsibility for budget and financial management and capture current and future business opportunities linked to our business model. By inspiring high performance, growth mindset and constantly enhancing our offer, you ensure that Cimatron is our targeted customer’s preferred partner in the CAD/CAM market . You lead and motivate the organization to advance employee engagement, creating a strong culture of collaboration, customer centricity and inclusion . Th rough building high performing teams , you make Cimatron the employer of choice for current and future employees .

Also included in your mission is to:

Develop and execute business strategies to achieve financial targets and to strengthen our market leading position consistent with the overall strategy and mission in Sandvik Manufacturing Solutions .

Ensure profitable growth above the market level , organically and possibly also through acquisitions.

Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and company policies to maintain our compliance , risk mitigation and business ethics in a safe and sustainable manner .

Analyze complex business opportunities and challenges aiming to provide solutions which enables our growth.

Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry where we operate .

Establish and implement relevant customer centric processes and go-to-market models , such as SaaS , to drive customer satisfaction and financial stability.

You work in a decentralized environment and need to show excellent influencing skills and be able to form strong networks. Operating in a global business environment with diverse cultural and economic encounters, you are the number one promoter of excellent collaborations. You align with our company values and are an inspiring leader for the organization as you connect people, processes, and valuable corporate insights. As part of a larger organization, you work closely with all relevant business units and divisions in Sandvik and establish smart and effective ways of interacting with key stakeholders.

The location for this position is flexible within Europe . You report to the President of Sandvik Manufacturing Solutions and are a valued member of SMF management team . Extensive i nternational travel is included in your job .

Your character

You have experience in general management or product leadership within Software Technology, preferably in the manufacturing industry , and a solid background of successfully leading a global organization. Proven e xperience in general management with profit and loss responsibility in a complex global business is preferred to be successful in this role. As is a proven track record of accelerating growth and excellent customer relations, together with solid experience of change management. We also consider it as a merit if you have a track record of strategy develop ment and execution from a business with a global footprint combined with strong financial acumen and analytical skills . Acting in a global setting calls for excellent skills in English.

You listen and communicate openly and honestly , providing feedback while delegating efficiently to empower and giv e others freedom to act with accountability.
