About the Role:

As a Process Operator in Helsingborg, you will be at the forefront of our manufacturing processes, responsible for overseeing equipment and workflow to ensure efficient production. This role requires a strong commitment to quality and safety standards while working as part of a dynamic team dedicated to excellence.

Main Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production machinery and systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations during operations.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Conduct quality assurance checks and maintain accurate production records.
• Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in processes.
• Participate in safety meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Process Operator or in a similar role in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong technical skills and familiarity with process control systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Must be flexible and willing to work shifts as needed.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Swedish are preferred.

What You’ll Do:
