Product Information Architect

Bachelor's degree in Information Architecture, Technical Communication, Information Science, Computer Science, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in information architecture, technical documentation, or content management for complex technical products. Strong understanding of information architecture principles, including taxonomy, metadata, content modeling, and usability. Proficiency with documentation tools Familiarity with HTML, XML, CSS, and basic knowledge of API documentation. Strong analytical skills and experience working with structured content (modular content, topic-based authoring). Experience with content management systems (CMS) and knowledge management platforms. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams. Familiarity with usability testing, user research, and iterative design methodologies. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
