We are hiring at Microdeb for a Product Manager to join our team!

As a Product Manager at Microdeb, you will be pivotal in maximizing the value delivered by our development teams by effectively managing the product backlog in relation to our key accounts.

About You:

• You have experience working as a Product Owner or Product Manager or in a similar role within high-performing, cross-functional teams.
• You excel in inspiring, motivating, and supporting teams to achieve their goals.
• You possess the knowledge and experience to translate stakeholder needs into user stories and prioritized backlog items.
• You understand the challenges involved in building and maintaining large-scale services, including development, processes, and operations.
• You are skilled at communicating concepts and ideas to stakeholders and customers at all levels and are comfortable facilitating and participating in architectural and technical discussions.
• You know how to influence decision-making at all levels within an organization and in various contexts.
• A big advantage if you have experience in business development where you have been involved in the SOW negotiation process.

Competencies:

• 5+ years of experience in product management/development.
• Good understanding of Lean or Agile processes and principles.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Creative thinker with a vision and positive attitude.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both oral and written.
• Familiar with the Atlassian suite.
