Position Overview:

As a Product Manager in the Product Support area at Berg Propulsion, you will play a vital role in developing our capabilities to ensure continued growth through a well-defined portfolio of products and services for our customers. The portfolio will be developed to include purpose made parts packages, propulsion upgrades and comprehensive service agreements as well as digital subscription-based services. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Sales, Supply Chain, and within the Product Support team, to reach objectives and exceed customer expectations. Your ability to establish structures as well as exceptional organizational and communication skills will be instrumental in development and management of the Product Portfolio adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the Product Portfolio within the Product Support area, ensuring successful delivery of Customer perceived value.







• Be an active participant and contributor in the Product Support management team, driving the development of Berg Propulsion







• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and allocate resources accordingly.







• Foster strong relationships with customers, together with our Sales organisation, understanding their needs and providing products and services to drive customer satisfaction.







• Ensure the administration and management of the Product offerings are integrated and supported through our ERP and other systems and processes.







• Track and report Product and Services performance and metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders and reporting line.







• Continuously improve operation and processes required to enhance the portfolio and at the same time the efficiency and effectiveness in delivery.

Qualifications:

Relevant previous experience in product management activities, with preference, in an international after sales organisation. Previous experience from relevant roles within the marine industry or a related industry. Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. A team player with an ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in an international environment and as well manage stakeholders' expectations. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in high-pace situations. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering initiatives and projects on time and within budget.
