We’re looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager!
Ingrid Delivery Platform connects retailers, carriers, and consumers to create a better shopping experience for everyone. By integrating Ingrid’s products, brands are able to improve online shopping and delivery experience for all consumers.
E-commerce deliveries are booming and Ingrid is uniquely placed in the middle of it all. As our product marketing manager, you’ll also be in the middle of it all, helping tie together departments and insights to deliver great results.
Product Marketing Manager
The Product Marketing Manager (PMM) plays a crucial role in driving the go-to-market strategies. The PMM is responsible for crafting compelling narratives around our products, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and enabling the sales organization to effectively position and sell Ingrid to enterprise customers. The role requires strategic thinking and approach while being very hands on in execution. This role reports to the Head of Marketing, Jennifer Roach.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Research & Positioning
Conduct deep-dive analysis into target industries, customer needs, and buying behaviors
Develop and maintain customer personas and buyer journey maps
Partner with product managers to conduct user research and testing, gather customer feedback, and deeply understand customer needs and use cases
Position and differentiate our products within the competitive landscape
Utilize data analytics tools to derive actionable insights from market research and customer feedback
2. Product Launch & GTM Strategy
Lead go-to-market strategies for new features, products, and verticals
Develop launch plans including messaging, content, and multi-channel campaigns
Evaluate GTM performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary
Lead pricing and packaging for the product portfolio in collaboration with the product and commercial teams
3. Sales & Customer Success Enablement & Tools
Collaborate with sales and product to develop collateral such as sales decks and train the team on product positioning
Enable internal product communication to ensure all departments are educated on products
4. Content & Messaging
Create compelling product content for various channels (blogs, webinars, social media, etc.)
Manage development and updates of product-related collateral, including website copy
Work closely with the Content Manager on balancing product-led content, thought leadership, and market-specific content across channels
5. Stakeholder Collaboration
Align closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure cohesive messaging and customer experiences
Collaborate with external stakeholders, including customers and industry analysts, for product feedback and PR opportunities
6. Performance Metrics
Monitor and report ROI for all product marketing initiatives
Set and achieve targets for key performance indicators such as lead generation, conversion rates, sales cycle length, and customer engagement
About you
Proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager, Product Manager or similar role for a B2B SaaS product
Good understanding of the e-commerce industry and its ecosystem
Near-native English with a knack for translating technical products into easily understood customer benefits
Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills, with experience in market analysis and web analytics tools
Process-driven work style with experience collaborating across departments, including setting up standardized processes for campaign execution, performance tracking, and iterative improvements.
Background in design and copywriting is a plus
Previous experience in a startup or scale up environment preferred
