Product specialist to Mediplast

As a Product Specialist, you will work in an independent role, responsible for a product portfolio within neuro. Your role includes planning, executing, and driving sales and marketing in Sweden.

In this role, you will be responsible for the designated product portfolio, meet customers within procurement units, medical technology, and surgical departments, driving sales and marketing efforts across the country.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Training & Customer Education: Educate customers on neuro products through technical and clinical training, in-service sessions, and product demonstrations. Stay updated on product training and usage, best practices, and clinical advancements.
  • Customer Relationship & Sales Growth: Achieve sales targets by identifying opportunities, developing strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and maintaining key customer contacts.
  • Business & Market Analysis: Analyze market data to optimize territory plans, support decision-making, and contribute to marketing activities. Collaborate across business units to drive commercial success.
  • Industry Representation & Networking: Represent the company at industry fairs and events, actively promoting products and building relationships with key professionals.
  • Tender Process: The role includes active participation both in the pre-tender process as well as tender submission. You will influence the tender specification and work closely with the Tender department to ensure successful submissions. You will also provide market insights and product expertise to support competitive and well- structured tenders.

About You

You have previous experience as a Product Specialist in the industry, are self-driven, and take full responsibility for your product portfolio. A background as a specialist- trained nurse in surgery and/or anesthesia is highly valued. As a person, you are proactive, results-oriented, and can drive business forward. Other requirements:

  • Fluency in English and Swedish (written and spoken)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to travel as required for the role
  • Experience in neuro anatomy
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure
  • Effective communication skills across all levels of the patient care team
