As our new Program Director, you will spearhead major projects like the Aurora and Hero, where you'll oversee everything from undersea cables to major terrestrial infrastructure developments across multiple countries. In this role you will focus on our largest projects within fiber infrastructure in the Nordics and northern Europe.

This role is a blend of high-level strategy and hands-on management, involving extensive stakeholder interactions, from initial project conception through to meticulous execution. Your days will consist of engaging with diverse teams, including engineering, sales, procurement, operations, legal, and finance, to guarantee that project plans are thorough and carried out effectively. You will play a crucial role in mediating contract terms, scheduling project development, and tailoring technical solutions to meet corporate and customer contracted goals. Imagine being at the helm of projects worth millions, where your decisions influence not just the company's direction but also how connectivity shapes the region's future.

To make history with us, you need:

• Proven experience within project management in complex, large-scale projects within the telecommunications sector. Experience in sea cable implementations is a plus.
• Demonstrated proficiency in navigating stakeholder interactions and facilitating consistent, clear exchanges amongst numerous internal teams and elevated external entities.
• A solid experience with handling contractual negotiations and risk management in projects of considerable scale and complexity.
• Fluency in English, with proficiency in another Scandinavian language being highly advantageous.
