This role is critical in driving complex, multi-vendor programs across the Nordic region, with a strong focus on delivery excellence, stakeholder alignment, and strategic execution.\n\nThe successful candidate will play a key leadership role in delivering a major cloud transformation program, building on Amdocs\u2019 work with Hutchison/3\u2014marking the first full Amdocs CEP transformation deal across the full technology stack, including Azure and Microsoft Dynamics.\n\n## What will your job look like?\n\n * Lead and deliver large-scale transformation programs within Amdocs, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.\n * Drive a major cloud transformation initiative, leveraging experience from complex programs such as Hutchison/3.\n * Manage cross-vendor delivery across Sweden and Denmark, ensuring seamless collaboration and execution.\n * Provide matrix leadership to approximately 100 team members, including Amdocs employees and regional vendor partners.\n * Ensure strong stakeholder engagement, including senior leadership, clients, and external partners.\n * Oversee program governance, risk management, budgeting, and delivery timelines.\n * Champion best practices in cloud adoption, particularly within Azure-based environments.\n\n\n\n## All you need is...\n\n * Proven experience leading major transformation programs within Amdocs.\n * Hands-on involvement in large-scale cloud transformation initiatives, ideally including the Hutchison/3 program or similar.\n * Strong expertise in cloud technologies, with a heavy preference for Microsoft Azure.\n * Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder environments and deliver successful outcomes.\n\n\n * Experience with C1/D1 systems is highly advantageous\n * Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.\n * Strong leadership skills with the ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization.\n\n\n\n## Why you will love this job:\n\n * You will work on large challenging and sophisticated programs alongside the brightest minds to collaborate across accounts/regions to provide a single voice! \n\n * This is an opportunity to work with the industry\u2019s most sophisticated technologies.\n\n\n\n\nAmdocs is an equal opportunity employer.
