This is a hybrid working role, based in our Ludvika offices, combined with working from your home-office.

Your responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines and milestones for the implementation of a new IT/OT system within HVDC Control and protection.
  • Co-ordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project objectives and timeline.
  • Engage with key stakeholders including engineering teams, research and development, and external vendors.
  • Facilitate regular communication and collaboration to ensure stakeholder alignment and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Allocate resources (by co-ordinating with resource managers) effectively to support project activities and deliverables.
  • Identify potential risks and uncertainities associated with the implementation of the new IT/OT system. Develop risk management plans and strategies to respond to risks as they rise.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
  • Establish quality standards and performance metrics for the new system implementation.

Your background

  • Bachelor's degree in STEM related fields or relevant certification.
  • Proven experience in program or project management, particularly in leading complex IT/OT system implementations within engineering or industrial operations environments.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall project management methodologies, with the ability to adapt approaches based on project requirements and constraints.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with ability to anticipate challenges and proactively implement solutions.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of IT/OT management systems and emerging technologies.
