Job Description



The Programmatic Manager will support the Head of Programmatic and oversee all aspects of programmatic campaign implementation. Key responsibilities include account management with stakeholders such as planners and clients, identifying new opportunities, and communicating effectively. Our programmatic team is currently based in both Stockholm and Malmö and we are excited to offer the flexibility for the right candidate to be based in either of these cities.

Responsibilities:  

Campaign Management:  

  • Support Head of Programmatic in delivering exceptional work. 
  • Manage day-to-day operations and campaign delivery. 
  • Ensure operational excellence and proactive team communication. 
  • Showcase and analyze campaign performance across leading DSPs. 

Client Relations:  

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with key clients. 
  • Provide exemplary client service and proactive management. 
  • Innovate programmatic media plans and roadmaps. 
  • Conduct monthly client meetings. 

Commercial Management:  

  • Understand revenue models and identify growth opportunities. 
  • Ensure financial accuracy and PO management. 

Team Leadership:  

  • Mentor team members. 
  • Share best practices and set clear progression plans. 
  • Foster a positive team culture and build strong internal relationships. 

Agency Engagement:  

  • Participate in agency initiatives and industry events. 
  • Showcase team achievements and build relationships across Publicis Media practices. 

Qualifications



We seek an ambitious, proactive, and organized programmatic practitioner with the following specialist competencies: 

  • Hands-on DSP Experience: Proficient in multiple DSPs such as Amazon DSP, DV360, Adform etc. 
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze and optimize campaign performance. 
  • Client Management: Skilled in building and maintaining strong client relationships. 
  • Revenue Management: Understanding of revenue models and financial accuracy. 
  • Team Leadership: Experience in managing and mentoring team members. 
  • Innovation: Ability to innovate programmatic strategies and media plans. 
  • Experience from programmatic DOOH is advantageous

You should excel both independently and within a collaborative team, delivering high-quality work and results in a fast-paced environment. A positive, can-do attitude is essential.
