Project Management Office Consultant - Stockholm

We are currently searching for a consultant for a Project Management Office (PMO) position focused on the Order-to-Cash process for our client in Södertälje.

Job assignments

• Organize different administrative tasks for the Order-to-Cash process, such as scheduling, meetings, progress reports, and presentations.
• Arrange, organize, and facilitate workshops and meetings.
• Assist in defining roles and estimating resources.
• Organize and carry out stakeholder engagement activities.
• Help bring different teams together on common topics and raise specific issues in a collaborative forum involving multiple teams.
• Proactively strive to enhance productivity.

Requirements

• Proficiency in managing projects.
• Having a problem-solving attitude.
• Skilled in learning and operating within extensive and intricate organizations and programs.
• Fluent in Swedish, both written and spoken.

Meriting

Experience in implementing ERP systems is advantageous.
