About this role

TFS HealthScience is a leading global mid-size Contract Research Organization (CRO) that partners with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies throughout their entire clinical development journey. Our expertise includes full service capabilities, resourcing and Functional Service (FSP) solutions.

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to support dynamic and evolving projects within a global setting. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in less structured environments and enjoys contributing to the development and improvement of processes in a fast-paced and growing organization.

As part of our SRS/FSP team, you will be dedicated to one sponsor, a global pharmaceutical/biotech company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage global clinical studies across multiple phases.


• Drive protocol development and ensure alignment with overall program goals.


• Oversee CRO selection, outsourcing processes, and vendor management.


• Ensure sponsor oversight and maintain high standards of delivery and compliance.


• Support the creation and improvement of processes and structure within a growing organization.

Qualifications: 

• Solid experience in managing global clinical trials from start-up through completion.


• Previous experience working at or closely with a pharmaceutical or biotech headquarters.


• Proven ability to manage protocol development, CRO partnerships, and sponsor oversight.


• A flexible mindset and ability to work in less structured environments.


• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
