Project Manager

On behalf of our client, the Parliamentary Administration (Riksdagsförvaltningen – RDF), KARO Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead the organization-wide implementation of Microsoft 365.

The assignment requires a senior-level consultant with deep experience in both technical delivery and organizational transformation. You will act as a central coordinator between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring that expectations are translated into successful execution, with a strong focus on change management, security, and user training.

Work Environment

• Primary workplace: RDF office, Jakobsgatan 6, Stockholm
• Work setting: Open office landscape
• Remote work: Permitted to a limited extent upon agreement with RDF

1. Microsoft 365 Implementation Expertise

• At least 4 full-cycle assignments leading Microsoft 365 implementation (from needs analysis to roll-out and training)
• Hands-on responsibility for operational and security requirements

2. Public Sector Project Experience

• Minimum 1 project in the public sector where the consultant acted as project manager directly

3. Change Management Leadership

• Minimum 4 years experience driving change management efforts

4. Microsoft 365 Security Projects

• At least 4 years’ experience in projects addressing high-level IT security requirements within Microsoft 365

5. Organizational IT Training Programs

• At least 4 years’ experience in leading training and upskilling programs for full organizations

6. Workshop Facilitation

• At least 4 years’ experience leading structured workshops

7. Requirements Engineering

• Minimum 2 years’ experience conducting needs analyses, structuring, and documenting requirements

8. Language & Soft Skills

• Fluent Swedish (written and spoken)
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities with both technical and non-technical teams
